The interior design of a new cafe with listed building and full planning approvals have been completed in Nottingham. Aesthetic, eye-catching and cost-effective design solutions have been implemented for the refurbishment of an existing retail shop into a cafe.
Under the new class order; any retail shop (E use class) can be converted into a cafe/restaurant (E use class) without seeking planning permission, however, any change will be subject building control approval.
The project has been completed with our sister company Peter Philip Development in North England (Mansfield).
